Executive management are often dealing with challenging task such as building the new market or dominating the competitor and market, searching people with great business talent and skill and many more. Because of these tasks, many of them find themselves taking too much of their time to deal with business problems and pay less attention in the effort to avoid those same problems happen again.
The business operational sometimes is taking too much time from the manager. Therefore they need to find a good method to solve these problems. Therefore their business will able to grow properly, improve the organization structure and element and also improve the business revenue or profit.

First you may want to consider the option of outsourcing or transferred the task problem to other person or division. If the task cannot be transferred, then try to give it to the most capable employee by giving them the proper training. After their skill is developed and polished, they will able to solve the business problem.
Improving the organization
This is what the management must do to improve and make the business organization stronger. The management handles the strategic work in the organization. They must distribute, deploy and control the organization resources; meanwhile the employee will do the tactical work. At the end of process the management will evaluate, observe and communicate the final outcome, so every member of the business organization will able to use the information to improve the business and their performance.
